1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Nagi ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Nagi is a self-help application designed to help users practice communication skills and navigate difficult relationships. The App provides AI-powered conversation practice, educational content, and self-help resources.

3. Not a Substitute for Professional Help

THE APP IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT, THERAPY, OR COUNSELING. The App is intended for educational and self-help purposes only. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a mental health professional or emergency services immediately.

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Nagi is free to download. Some features may require a paid subscription
  • On iPhone, subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store; on Android, through Google Play
  • During our Android early-access period, all features are free and no subscription is required. This is a temporary arrangement and may change in the future
  • Prices are in USD and may vary by region
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings

5. Free Trial

  • Where a free trial is offered (currently on iPhone), it provides full access to premium features for the trial period
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription fee
  • Each user is eligible for one free trial only

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the App
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the App in any way that could harm yourself or others

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Nagi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAGI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
